Myskyshop offers you products and services such as seat reservation, additional baggage and boarding menu, which you can conveniently book online. We would like to point out that we can only offer this additional service (seat reservation/ catering on board/ additional and sports baggage) in connection with a Air Anka Airlines flight.

If there is a rebooking, we will not offer you a replacement service for this, but will refund you the amount as quickly as possible and in full.

Security notice for exit seats
For your own safety, we would like to point out that exit seats are not suitable for the following groups of people:

  • Children and infants
  • Expectant mothers
  • Persons bringing animals with them
  • People who are physically restricted due to handicap/injury/age/illness


Please note that passengers with disabilities and passengers with wheelchairs are not allowed to use the emergency exit rows. In these cases you can simply contact us:

If the safety regulations require it, we reserve the right to allocate you another seat. In such a case, the reservation fee cannot be refunded. For other cases, please contact our service office.
